  • brownsgeerpreschol 002 Six of my most favorite children!
  • Well I spent my whole day Sunday watching the Geer boys. It was Nathan's 30th birthday and Val took him to a footall game in Ohio. I was there from 8:45 until 12:15ish. I had the pleasure of taking the boys to church. We rode in my car and the boys loved the sunroof. Cody thought it was so cool how he could see out the roof and see the sky! On our drive there he kept asking me if I was going to go to class with him. I told him no but i would be back to pick him up, he then replied, well i wont cry for you Amanda! Ha ha ha!

It was a great, fun, enjoyable day!

  • As I sit in my kitchen I stare out the window and watch as all the kids go into the building to do trick or treating. I have seen pigs, wolfs, incredibles, fairies, football players, dalmations and so much more. I pretend that I am invisible and that no one can see me in my kitchen. Happy trick or treating!

  • I was watching Cody and Tristan and was going to take them to the College Park church park. On our way there we stopped at my place so I could grab something. Well the boys walked into my place and Cody started to run around and was like, "oh wow, this is so neat, this is wonderful!" He kept using phrases like that and it really made me laugh. Later at the park, he would say, "uh duh" and I was like where did you learn that. Cody replied, "well mom says it." He stopped for a moment and then said, "I wonder why she says that, I should ask her." What 2 year old talks like that! We sure did have a lot of fun at the park. Tristan really has his own personality. He was throwing sand and I told him no. Well he was upset about that and grabbed a handful and threw somemore, I took his hands and told him no again, well he sank to the ground, grabbed a handful of woodchips and threw those instead. I know it's not really funny, but everytime I tell him no he finds something to destroy, or if I am picking him up to redirct him he will arch his back and go limp and slide out of my grip...he sure is funny. The best thing I like about him is how he will laugh at anything I do...both boys are so funny and I love being around them! I am so thankful I get to spend at least 2 days a week with them. Going to China with that family has made me grow closer to them and I love hanging out with the boys and talking with Val and Nathan...if only we could travel to China again! Ha ha ha!
